We stopped in mainly for the bar and ended up hanging out longer than we expected. It was a nice spot to unwind after work, though I did wish a few things were explained a little more clearly up front, like where to order or whether we should seat ourselves.

The drinks were really good and definitely not watered down. I had a mule and my friend ordered a margarita, and both came out quickly. The bartender was friendly and checked in on us just enough without hovering, which I appreciated.
The bar area felt relaxed, clean, and easy to settle into. Overall, I’d definitely go back for drinks, especially after work, but clearer instructions or signage would make the experience even smoother

and I grabbed takeout from Claim Jumper and it was super easy. My order was ready right when they said it would be, and the staff was friendly when I picked it up. No waiting around or anything. Everything was packed well, still hot by the time I got home, and the portions were really generous. I’d definitely order from them again.

I booked a dinner reservation really quickly, it couldn’t have been easier. No hassle, no confusion, just a smooth, straightforward experience.

I had the chocolate cake it was really good, huge slice, fresh, rich, and not dry at all. I’d probably order dessert again, but after the rest of the experience, I don’t feel quite as confident about the place as I used to...

I was expecting a longer wait, but we got seated way faster than I thought. Long waits can feel so preventable sometimes, so it was nice that they had things moving smoothly

We took the kids here after soccer and it worked out well. The portions were big, the staff was patient with everyone, and the menu had plenty of easy picks. The wait was a little longer than I expected, but overall it seems like the kind of place we’d probably go back to...

Support did get back to me, though it took longer than I expected. They were polite and nice enough, which I appreciated, but at the same time I didn’t feel like they really solved my issue. So overall it was okay, not bad, but not exactly helpful either.

I tried the burger at Claim Jumper, it was just okay for me. The patty had some decent flavor, but once I was a few bites in, it felt a little too dry, which made the whole thing less enjoyable.
The bun was soft and the toppings were fine, so it wasn’t like anything was bad. I just didn’t really have that moment where I thought, “Yeah, I’d come back for this.” The fries were actually the best part of the meal and were more memorable than the burger.
For what it cost, I expected the burger to be a bit better. It wasn’t terrible, but it also wasn’t anything special. I might give it another shot someday, but I’m not in a hurry to go back specifically for the burger.

I ordered from Claim Jumper again, i was really happy with it. The chicken was juicy, the mashed potatoes tasted fresh, and to me, everything felt like it had just been made instead of sitting around.
The portions were big too, which I always appreciate, but the flavor was the best part for me. It’s just simple comfort food done right, and I’d definitely order from them again.

I had a small issue with my claim and got a bit frustrated at first. Looking back, I probably let it annoy me more than I needed to because management got back to me quickly and helped clear everything up. It wasn’t a totally perfect experience, but they did listen, follow up, and make it right enough for me. I’m happy with how it ended

The salad bar seemed fresh enough, but the options were limited. I can’t really say it was bad, but something felt a little off about the whole setup, like it was missing variety or just didn’t feel very inviting

There’s a lot to pick from here, which I appreciated. I usually don’t put much stock in all the slick company descriptions, so I mostly just looked around for myself. Overall, definitely plenty of choices.

So... breakfast was actually really good. Everything came out hot and tasty, the pancakes were nice and fluffy, and the eggs were cooked just right

The place looked nice and had a decent vibe, but it was louder and more crowded than I expected. It wasn’t terrible, but I went there hoping to relax and instead felt like I had to put in extra effort just to have a conversation. Not a bad spot, just not exactly the chill experience I was looking for.

I wasn’t totally sure about Claim Jumper at first, like was it actually going to be worth paying for?? But it ended up being solid for the price. I didn’t feel like they were sneaking in random charges or making me pay for extras I didn’t need.
It saved me some time and was easy enough to figure out without a bunch of hassle. For what I paid, I’m happy with it and I’d probably use it again??

It was clean enough overall, I guess. The tables looked like they’d been wiped down, but the floor by our booth had crumbs on it, and the bathroom definitely needed a little more attention. Not a horrible experience or anything... just felt average

Everything in my order was right — like, no missing items, no random wrong stuff, nothing weird. Pickup was easy too, just grabbed it and went. that’s the main thing I worry about with online orders, so I was glad it all worked out fine.

I liked that Claim Jumper was kinda upfront about the pricing. I could see what I’d be paying before getting started, and there weren’t any random hidden fees showing up later. That made it a lot easier to trust the service. Overall, it felt simple and fair, which I really appreciated

The food was really tasty. The ribs had a ton of flavor, and the mashed potatoes were way better than I expected. I was kind of confused when the plates came out because the portions were huge, but definitely not complaining. Left super full and happy, and I’d definitely eat here again.

I grabbed a meal here the servings were so big it almost felt like they were trying to make other places look cheap. I couldn’t finish mine and had plenty left for lunch the next day.
